Imagine a layer of digital information placed or ‘augmented’ over a physical landscape, giving the user a way to interact with the real world. This is Augmented Reality. Mobile Shakers has built highly advanced AR platform.

Imagine walking down a main street and wanting more information about what’s around you. Switch on the augmented reality application and point it at a building. By using your phones’ GPS, data connection and camera, the user can see digital information overlaid on that building – letting you know it’s a shop. You click on the label and can see the opening hours, contact information, perhaps an offer with a coupon you can download.

Or, you see a billboard with your favourite soft drink brand letting you know there is a treasure hunt you can join. You turn on Big View, point your camera and are taken on an interactive journey – navigating checkpoints, collecting tokens and completing your quest to win a prize. The possibilities are huge.
